Youth Ministry

Attention All Teens!  Meet at Carpinito’s Corn Maze in the Kent on Saturday, Oct 25 from 10-11:00 AM. Bring $12 Cash and dress for the weather! Enjoy a warm "tailgate snack" at the end.

In youth ministry teens gather with their peers to deepen their relationship with God and understood their roles as the new disciples for our times!  They will meet in small groups and have opportunities to participate in activities that are both at the church and offsite:

• social activities and service opportunities
• unique study opportunities
• youth-focused prayer opportunities
• Living Stations
• off-site activities with other groups, such as Deanery and Archdiocese events and the Steubenville Youth Conference.

Teens are also invited to serve in many of the ministries at the Sunday Night Mass (Lectors, Ushers, Hospitality Ministers/Greeters, Altar Servers).  Confirmed youth ages 16 and older may also be eligible to serve as Eucharistic Ministers.  

When do we meet? 
We are finalizing our schedule for this year. It will be new and exciting!  Dates and times will be posted very soon. Basically, we'll have a monthly youth group meeting and additional special activities.  

Middle School (Edge) will meet once a month on Sunday afternoon from 3:45-5:15 PM. The First meeting is on  September 14.

Senior High (Life Teen) will meet on Sundays, 6:35-8:00 pm, once/month. The First Life Teen is on  September 14.

What about Confirmation?
The earliest age a teen can be Confirmed is 13 years + 7th Grade.  To learn more about Confirmation, click HERE.
